Note: You'll need a valid Shopify and Klaviyo account to fully access the app.
Click "+ Create your first brand". * Give it a brand name and click "Create brand".
Onboarding Flow
You'll see a four-step onboarding flow.
Click "Get started". * Go through the steps to connect your Shopify store and Klaviyo account.
Set Brand Styles
Set your brand styles, including uploading a logo and setting brand colors.
Click "Continue".
📅 Generating and Reviewing Campaign Ideas
Generate Campaign Ideas
The next step is to generate your first Campaign Ideas.
You can add specific notes for the Email Campaigns you want to see.
Click "Generate".
Note: Generating the email calendar may take up to a minute.
Review and Confirm Emails
Once the emails are generated, you'll see pending emails on your calendar. * For testing purposes, click "Confirm All" to add all these emails to your calendar and make them persistent.
✏️ Creating and Exporting an Email Campaign
Open an Email
Click on one of the confirmed emails on your calendar.
Generate Email Content
In the Edit Email view, click "Generate Email". * Eltie will generate on-brand copy and designs for the email. This can take up to 3 minutes.
Note: If you're connected to Shopify, photos will be generated based on your products. * You can chat with the email to make necessary edits or send a test email.
Export the Campaign
When the email is ready, move to the Export tab by clicking "Next - Export Campaign".
In the Export tab, enter all necessary details for the Klaviyo campaign:
Campaign name and Subject Line
Preview Text
From Email and From Name
Reply-To Email
Include/Exclude Lists/Segments (from Klaviyo)
Schedule Send Date and Time
Smart Sending (on/off) and Send in Recipient's Local Time (on/off)
Click the "Export" button.
The campaign will be created with a "Scheduled" status in Klaviyo.
⚙️ Managing Your Brand Profile
You can visit the Brand Profile page at any time to:
See or update the status of your Klaviyo or Shopify integration.
Update your brand details (logo, styles, content styles).
Try entering an e-commerce brand URL and clicking "Extract Data".
